Tetsuo Kobori Announced as Designer of Renowned Imperial Theater in Tokyo, Japan

Imperial Theatre - Japan's first Western-style theater located in located in the heart of Tokyo, has unveiled plans for its redevelopment.

The new design will be led by inap2 member architect - Tetsuo Kobori from Tetsuo Kobori Architect, with the revamped theatre slated to open in the 2030 fiscal year. The new Imperial Theatre will open in the Yurakucho district of Tokyo.
